Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back DANGER OF GASES EMISSIONS QUARRIES SOURCES FOR ATMOSPHERE OF ADJACENT TERRITORIES V.I. Papichev, A.N. Proshlyakov, А.V. Porunov Propose the approach to assessing the danger of emissions of gases into the quarries for the atmosphere of adjacent territories. Emissions of gases quarries sources replace part of resources of atmospheric air of natural of quality with volumes including gases with inappropriate content of harmful substances during their existence in the atmosphere, until their content in the cloud will exceed the maximum permissible concentration (MPC). Decreases as the expansion of cloud the concentration of emission to a value lower than the MPC does not allow consider these volumes as a substitute for the normal life of air quality. Consider character of change substitution of resources of atmospheric air in result emissions of gases during the existence of cloud formed in the process of blasting, and the operation of motor vehicles. Using of the proposed approach allows assess the scale of the impact of emissions of gases in the quarries on the resources of atmospheric air in producing areas, tracing the dynamics of withdrawal of resources as a result of these emissions and highlight the most dangerous, temporary stages of existence of gases. This allows both the stages of design, production and mining operations to take the necessary measures to ensure the security of those territories through which they can proceed.
