Demina The article describes the reasons for the formation of fine-dispersed particles in the atmosphere and their impact on health. Presents used methods of measurement of fine-dispersed particles the comparison of the with the reference method. Cities with the maximum concentrations suspended solids in the air are primarily located in the Asian part of Russia. There are adverse climatic conditions for dispersion of pollutants in the Asian part of Russia. Coal dominates in the fuel balance of cities in the Asian part of Russia. Also provides information about the fuel and energy balance of Russia for the period up to 2030. Because of the large harm rendered fine-dispersed particles on human health and the concept of Russia’s energy strategy, the authors propose optimize the existing monitoring network in the cities of the Asian part of Russia, where there are unfavorable conditions for the dispersion of pollutants.
