Informational-measuring and controlling system of oil parks are developed for receiving, storing and giving out of oil products. Automation of technical processes allows to decrease human factor and prevent possible losses of oil products, avoid ecological and economical disasters. This work describes reasonability and basic principles of development of measuring data and controlling systems of oil parks, reviews the 3-level design.
