Instrument system of plane laboratories, based on IL-14 and IL-18 crafts, permitted to get operative information about condition and characteristics of soil and vegetation canopy, to check water areas and sluices, snow and glacier boundaries, sea ices cohesion, sanitary state of cinders, woodcutting areas, another elements of anthropogenic landscape, to carry out an expertise of forest and peat fires, others nonordinary occurrences, natural and man-caused crashes, as well as to investigate geothermal phenomena of volcano Uson valley and of the Great Tolbachic fissure eruption. Movable plants have permitted to investigate brightness characteristics of peat upon place of self-ignition with critical heating at areas of it extraction.
