Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back CLIMATIC OSCILLATOR FOR LAKEATMOSPHERE SYSTEM G.N. Akhobadze The paper discusses problems associated with lake-atmosphere interaction. Specific processes running in lakes and the atmosphere are analyzed. Changes in the climatic system because of anthropogenic impact are examined. A mathematical model of a lake-atmosphere meso-ecological system is proposed. The research has determined an oscillatory character of matter exchanging between the lake and the part of the atmosphere. Causes of climatic oscillator misfunction during different anthropogenic actions are pointed out. Effects of some chemical substances emitted on the climatic system are highlighted. Natural factors infl uencing the processes running in lakes and the atmosphere are also listed. Some chemical substances polluting the atmosphere are analyzed. Their effects on climatic changes in the atmosphere are examined. Due to the temperature distribution in the atmosphere, atmosphere layers are shown. The role of the atmosphere in living organisms functioning is demonstrated. Changes of some lake components because of changes of other ones are explored. The main lake pollution sources are given. Issues related to cleaning up lakes, ponds, and other water objects are considered. The key aquatic-environment cleaning-up methods keeping the biological balance are outlined. Activities whose implementation is expected to save the climate in a region specifi ed by a particular climatic system are suggested.
