Dadiani The question of climate change on the planet Earth and availabale occurrence of negative hydro-environmental problems are considered in the presented paper.According to the authors toward this topic the reason of climate change and specifically the temperature increase of an atmosphere for the most part are natural fluctuations (cyclically-periodic fluctuations), rather than influence of an anthropogenous factors. In confirmation of it the unique chart of fluctuation of mid-annual temperature of an atmosphere in London, and also the pictures of the ozone layer hole, photographed with the satellite, are presented in the given paper.
