ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY OF USING GLIEGE IN THE PRODUCTION OF CERAMIC MATERIALS ON THE BASIS OF INTER-SHALE CLAY

Numerous attempts to rectify the environmental situation led to the opposite effect. Because «income» from ecology for the state budget directly depends on how much waste is thrown away of the enterprise to the environment. The principle «the more waste dumped, the better» could work, if companies collected funds went directly to restoration activities in Russia of our living environment. However, this is not the case, as the ecological situation according to the Ministry of natural resources, from year to year worsens, the number and severity of social confl icts on ecological soil increase. In the present work as autosites to reduce the time of drying the raw bricks were used gliege, burned as a result of natural burning of coal seams or the combustion of waste dumps (territorial). As a binder, to obtain ceramic materials were used inter-shale clay, which is a waste of burned rocks. The production of ceramic materials from waste products without the use of traditional natural materials contributes to the development of «green» economy. Given that currently traditional natural raw material resources in Russia and other CIS countries are exhausted, involving waste products in an industrial revolution will make high-quality ceramic materials. It frees large plots of land from the negative impacts of anthropogenic factors that contribute to the rational use of ingredients of industrial waste dumps in the construction industry. The use of waste products in the production of ceramic materials promotes recycling, environmental protection and reducing environmental impact in the regions.
