Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back APPLICATIONS OF THE NANOTECHNOLOGIES Soldatov V.Yu., Potapov I.I. Short review of the investigations in nanotechnologies and their applications in various human activities is given. It is considered existing achievements related with the nanotechnology applications in the electronics, medicine, forestry, spectroellipsometry, energetic, and other areas. Successes and imperfections of realized studies are marked. Application perspectives of nanotechnologies in the solution of numerous anthropogenic problems are discussed. Tendencies in the development and state of nanoelectronics in Russia are characterized including carbon electronics. Specifi c attention is given to the achievements of nanotechnologies in the medicine a progress of which inevitably connected with use of lasers. Special note is devoted to the bionanotechnologies which is directed on the creation of different molecular tools such as biosensors and detecting devices. It is indicated on the importance of nanotechnologies when methods for the defi nition of the matter magnetic characteristics with atomic resolution are developed.
