The papers [1] and [2] offer new ways of localizing a low-ground forest fire and an experimental investigation of a new way of creating supporting zones while using a supercooled steam. The paper presents the results of experimental investigations of vegetation fuel (VF) humidification mechanism, with the vegetation fuel being in contact with supercooled water vapor. It was determined that this method of humidifying VCM allows to increase efficiency of drop moisture saturation, of VCM by the extension of drop area contact with the element of phytocenosis.
