At present, there is no doubt that the dominant ideology, key problems of modern natural science and the whole complex of earth sciences are the problems of ecology and environmental safety. In this regard, the tasks of creating an effective system of environmental protection management and rational use of natural resources are put at the forefront. The presented article is devoted to the description of an effective system of environmental monitoring created by the team of authors, subject to the negative impact of industrial enterprises. Its relevance lies in the fact that for the fi rst time a multifunctional system of observations and control of a regional level was proposed on the basis of innovative solutions adapted to the problems of agricultural objects for monitoring land pollution, identifying hazardous waste, burials, and harmful emissions of production facilities in order to improve the quality of agricultural products.
