REDUCTION OF ECOLOGICAL DAMAGE TO ECOSYSTEMS DUE TO THE USE OF WASTES OF FERROUS METALLURGY AND OIL SHALE IN THE PRODUCTION OF WALL MATERIALS
A.K. Kayrakbaev, V.Z. Abdrakhimov, S.N. Pechkurov, E.S. Abdrakhimova

The growth of anthropogenic impact on the environment points to the need for the establishment of an effective system of control, which focuses on the prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the current legislation in the fi eld of environmental protection and social responsibility for environmental safety. Production of wall ceramic materials one of the most material-intensive sectors of the economy. Therefore, the rational use of fuel, raw and other material resources becomes a decisive factor of its successful development in the conditions of ongoing economic reforms. We were the fi rst in using industrial wastes: a) combustible shale – inter-shale clay and burnt rocks, b) ferrous – microsilica from ferrosilicon production obtained ceramic wall materials with high physical-mechanical indicators, which is confi rmed by patent of the Russian Federation. Due to the involvement of industrial waste in manufacturing of ceramic wall materials may fundamentally change the parameters of the raw material base of Russia, which also contributes to reducing environmental impact in the regions. The use of waste fuel and energy complex: inter-shale clay and burnt rocks, wastes of ferrous metallurgy – microsilica from ferrosilicon production in the production of ceramic wall materials leads to: a) recycling of industrial waste; b) environment; C) expansion of raw materials base for production of ceramic building materials. Developed innovative proposals for reducing negative impacts of toxic waste processing fuel and energy complex and metallurgy on the environment.
Keywords: environmental protection; waste management; inter-shale clay; silica fume from ferrosilicon production; burning rocks; wall materials.
