Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back MODERN TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF A MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF COMPLEX PROCESSING OF SECONDARY CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES N.F. Kostetsky, G.G. Lunev The most important factor determining the growth of processing and use of waste of technogenic origin is their increasing negative impact on humans and the environment. One way to solve this global problem is to use the waste of human life as secondary material resources (SMR). In the article the results of functioning and modern tendencies of development of management system of complex processing of construction waste, i.e. secondary construction resources (SBR), as one of types of VMR are considered. It is defined that at present there is a transition from the General management structure at processing of the mixed waste to creation of management systems of utilization of separate types and concrete types of VMR. One of the results of the analysis of the practice of functioning of the waste processing sector is the conclusion that it is impossible only to regulate the market problems of the use and processing of SBR, and the need for state regulation of this process by legislative and regulatory return of waste to the production cycle and changes in management methods.
