Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back THE USE OF WASTE PETROCHEMICAL, NONFERROUS METALLURGY AND WASTE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX IN THE MANUFACTURE OF HEAT-RESISTANT CONCRETE E.S. Abdrakhimova The growth of human impact on environment components indicates the need for an effective management system aimed at the prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the current legislation in the fi eld of environment protection and social responsibility for environmental safety. The compositions of the use of spent catalyst – waste petrochemical industry, PIII – waste fuel and energy complex and alumochrome waste etching of aluminum alloys – waste of non-ferrous metallurgy for the production of heat-resistant concrete are to develop innovative proposals for reducing negative impacts of toxic waste processing on environmental objects, the novelty of which is confi rmed by Patent of the Russian Federation. The obtained heat-resistant composites (concrete) have high physical-mechanical indicators. The use of waste products reduces the cost of products, recycling of industrial waste, environmental protection, expansion of raw materials base for construction materials and reduction of negative impact of waste on the environment. Given that currently, the traditional natural raw material resources in Russia are exhausted, the involvement of waste production cycle will allow to produce high quality construction materials.
