REDUCTION OF ECOLOGICAL DAMAGE TO ECOSYSTEMS THROUGH THE USE OF NANOTEHNOLOGIJA SLUDGE ALKALINE ETCHING OF ALUMINIUM IN THE PRODUCTION OF POROUS AGGREGATE ON THE BASIS OF LIQUID GLASS |

As the result of human activities in nature, accumulate large quantities of industrial waste – unused by-products, residues of raw materials, fully or partially changing their properties. The use of liquid glass as a binder enables you to use up to 80 % man-made materials in the production of ceramic building materials. On the basis of liquid glass, «a modifi ed sodium chloride» and nanotehnologija sludge alkaline etching of aluminium obtained porous aggregates, without the use of traditional natural materials. The presence of pores in the insulated oval shape and a closed porosity in the samples give them mechanical strength. Developed innovative proposals to reduce the negative impact of toxic waste of non-ferrous metallurgy on the environment, the novelty of which is confi rmed by Patent of the Russian Federation. Due to the involvement of industrial waste in the production of porous aggregates may radically change the parameters of the raw material base of Russia, which also contributes to reducing environmental impact in the regions.
