TO THE ISSUE OF INCREASING OF THE ECOLOGICAL COMPATIBILITY OF WORK OF CARGO VESSELS OF INLAND NAVIGATION |

An important issue of the influence of inland navigation vessels on the environment is considered. The influence of the vessel when it moves to the atmosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere from the hull, the boiler plant and the propulsion-steering complex is emphasized particularly. The solution of the task of increasing the ecological compatibility of work of the cargo vessels of inland navigation due to the application of modernized ship electronic control systems is proposed. The considered design of the control complex will reduce the environmental load on inland waterways due to the transition to the automated assignment of rational operating modes of the main engines, depending on the constantly changing track and hydrometeorological operating conditions. Transition to rational modes of operation of the main engines of ships will lead not only to fuel economy, reduction of emissions to the atmosphere, loads to the surrounding hydrosphere and ecological systems of the reservoir, but also to increase the economic effi ciency of cargo ships. SEUK-M has successfully passed bench tests and is preparing for use on cargo vessels of internal and mixed navigation in real conditions of their operation.
