ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF THE DESTRUCTION OF UNDERWATER TRANSITIONS OF OIL PIPELINES ON THE OXYGEN BALANCEOF WATERCOURSES |
Yu.A. Kuznetsova, G.M. Gadzhiev, A.M. Kaidakov, D.M. Lastochkin
In this paper, based on the system approach, an information and technological model for the oxygen balance of watercourses was developed in the event of pollution by oil spills from accidental destruction of underwater oil pipeline crossings. Algorithms for solving the differential equations of the system oxygen balance in the one-dimensional approximation as a function of time have been developed to estimate the dynamics of the biochemical demand, oxygen deficiency and concentration in water, realized in the MathСad application environment. A practical problem was solved for calculating the distance from the emergency discharge line to the maximum oxygen defi cit in the watercourse with a uniform and constant fl ow velocity. The obtained results can be used in the development of automated simulation models for assessing environmental damage in emergency oil spills from accidental destruction of underwater oil pipeline crossings.
Keywords: ecological safety; oil pipelines; underwater transitions; oil products; emergency release of oil; pollution of watercourses; oxygen balance; biochemical demand; oxygen deficiency; automated simulation model.
