Zubov The problem of determining the activity of enzyme complexes and antibiotics using digital photographic equipment is considered. It is proposed to use the system of optical recognition of lysis zones on the trays with the indicator and the nutrient medium and samples applied to determine the activity of enzymes, and the corresponding software was developed. The created system can also be used to compare the activity of antibiotics against specific microorganisms.
