Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back THE USE OF SHALE COKE IN THE PRODUCTION OF POROUS FILLER E.S. Abdrakhimova The ecological situation in Russia is characterized by a high level of anthropogenic impact on the natural environment, significant environmental consequences of past economic activity. At present, the performance of all industries needs to be evaluated in terms of the balance between the mass of the main product and the volume of generated man-made waste. One of the most material-intensive sectors of the national economy is the production of ceramic materials construction direction. The porous material on the basis of shale coke ─ waste processing of gasification of oil shale and liquid glass with high physical and mechanical properties. Oil shale is a waste of fuel and energy complex. The use of waste fuel and energy complex ─ shale coke ash in the production of porous aggregate contributes to: a) recycling of industrial waste; b) environmental protection; b) expansion of the raw material base for the production of ceramic building materials. The author of this article has received 2 a patent of the Russian Federation for the compositions developed for the porous filler.
