HISTORICAL ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY EFFICIENT TECHNOLOGIES IN CONSTRUCTION |

The historical stages of the formation of world standards of energy efficiency, starting from 1974 and up to the present, are considered. The features of an integrated approach to the use of energy-efficient technologies in the reconstruction and construction of buildings and structures are analyzed. The evolution of the interpretation of the concept of «energy-efficient building» from the requirements exclusively to the resistance to heat transfer of enclosing structures to the requirements to minimize the primary energy to provide the necessary microclimate inside the building is shown. Examples of the successful implementation of the state energy-saving policy are presented as one of the strategic tasks of the state, the solution of which can ensure its energy security and reduce its dependence on the export of hydrocarbons.
