Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back JUSTIFICATION OF METHODS OF SELECTION OF PARAMETERS OF CUTTING ORE VEINS WITHIN THE CONSTRAINTS OF THE ECOLOGICAL IMPERATIVE Yu.P. Galchenko The paper deals with the conditions and features of the morphology of veins and the scale of breaking, affecting the ability to control the process of breaking the ore to reduce the volume of mixing of waste rock. For the first time it is established that when using blast wells, the maximum completeness of the excavation of the balance reserves of curved sections of veins and the minimum amount of solid waste is achieved with a strictly defined ratio between the depth of wells, the radius of curvature of the beaten section of the core and the value of technological cutting of the host rocks. The proposed design method of control parameters for blasting depending on the geological characteristics of the beats of the plot strands. By methods of factor analysis it was found that the maximum depth of explosive wells under the conditions of the minimum loss of ore is limited, mainly, by the radius of curvature of the chipped section of the core. The influence of other factors is less noticeable at small values of this radius and becomes decisive with its increase.
