ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY POWER PLANT TO INCREASE THE ENERGY DENSITY OF BATTERIES |

The article deals with the installation developed with the use of ferroelectric ceramics to increase the energy density of batteries. The use of an electrochemical generator in this installation can significantly improve the efficiency of increasing electrical energy by controlling the polarization of ferroelectric ceramics . The use of such an installation on an electric vehicle increases the range of its mileage on a single battery charge by 3,5…5 times. The consumption of electrical energy from the battery in 1 j using mechanical energy, makes it possible to obtain at the output of the power plant 4 j of electrical energy. The efficiency of the installation is approximately 50...55 %, depending on the modification of ceramics and electrical circuits.
