Plokhov The most environmentally friendly solution for snow disposal in the territories of large cities is the use of heat installations. To carry out engineering calculations of the geometric and kinematic parameters of such facilities, it is necessary to identify the dynamics of the wor king process depending on the main factors. The article describes the methodology and results of experimental studies conducted to determine the patterns necessary for the subsequent physical modeling of the melting mechanism.
