Zagorskaya The study presents the results of analytic research of the problem of the waste paper. The technological aspects of the problem of waste paper collection and treatment, including: - paper collection and waste paper recycling; - new directions in recycle; - methods of deinking of waste paper; - methods of repulping of waste paper; - use of reagents for deinking of waste paper; - methods for enzymatic deinking of waste paper; - methods of making sanitary paper product from coarse fibers; - process for making recycled paper having improving strength properties are considered. The article shows the prospects how to improve the use of waste paper. The most important factor in the success of a recycling program is consumer participation in paper collection.
