Karpov Reviewed the current data on structural, morphological and physiological - biochemical aspects of salt tolerance in higher plants – halophytes and slikovitom in the context of their obligatory and optionality.The systematic structure of taxonomic diversity of halophytes of the southern Urals at the level of families and genera is considered. The comparative data of halophytes-bonds and facultative in the identifi ed classes of plant communities are presented.
