Shubov It is shown that ecological industrial policy is a component part of industrial policy in order to facilitate the recycling of resources and minimizing industrial impact on the environment. The article relates to the aggregate of patented technologies as the method of examine the quality of recyclable materials and the suitable for complex treatment and recycling. Such analysis is the most available method to use right way to form market incentives for recyclable materials treatment and utilization, to minimize ecological and investment risk. It is shown that recovering and recycling of materials (such as ash, slag and phospogips) can substantially contribute to minimize the amount of waste, which meds to be deposited.
