THE STRUCTURE AND FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL-TECHNICAL SYSTEMS OF UNDERGROUND MINING OF ORE DEPOSITS |

The processes of the formation and interaction of natural-technical systems and, as a result, the disruption of the functioning of natural ecosystems in the territories and the intensive development of the subsoil are analyzed. Based on the definition of the concept of a production cluster and the hierarchical theory of commodity relations in logistics and sociology, it is shown that in relation to the natural-technical system for developing reserves of a field, if there is a functional incompatibility of the components of the natural-technical system, their non-destructive interaction can be ensured only if the well-known concept of deferred management decisions. or the first time, the concept of «delayed coevolution time» was introduced, which assumes that the implementation of a non-destructive form of interaction between a technogenically changing biota site and the natural component is postponed in time and resumed only after the field reserves are exhausted.
