THE USE OF BURNT ROCKS AND DRILL CUTTINGS IN THE PRODUCTION OF POROUS AGGREGATE ON THE BASIS OF LIQUIDGLASS COMPOSITIONS |

Environmental studies conducted in recent decades in many countries of the world have shown that the increasing destructive impact of anthropogenic factors on the environment has brought it to the brink of a crisis, the Fuel and electricity complex is one of the main «pollutants» of the environment. These are air emissions (48 % of all air emissions), wastewater discharges (36 % of all discharges), and solid waste generation (30 % of all solid pollutants). Studies have shown that due to the increased content of b in the drill cuttings (PP>30 %), carbon (17,08 %) and calorific value (3 500 kcal/kg), which burn out or contribute to burnout (calorific value) during firing, porosity is created in the ceramic material and a porous material with a low density is obtained, the grade on the bulk density is less than 400. For the first time, porous fillers with high physical and mechanical properties were obtained using waste products: burnt rocks and drill cuttings, which is confirmed by a patent of the Russian Federation. Studies have shown that drill cuttings contribute to the production of closed pores in the porous filler, which contribute to the improvement of thermal insulation properties. The use of drilling cuttings and burnt rocks on the basis of liquid glass composition in the production of porous filler without the use of natural traditional material contribute to the reduction of the anthropogenic component of the formation of ecology.
