DIAGNOSTICS THE FUNCTIONING OF A WATER-CLEANING CONTROL SYSTEM |

The quality of the water treatment plant is determined by the compliance of drinking water standards and can be assessed by the results of monitoring of the physical and chemical indicators of the water source and the estimated doses of reagents. The condition of the station is assessed as healthy or malfunctioning by binary classification using machine learning methods. The impact of the classification method, the size of the control sample and the method of selecting meaningful indicators on the quality of the classification is shown. Practical calculations were made on the example of the St. Petersburg water treatment plant using the Matlab package.
