Gorbunov, V.A. Kruchkova The results of 24-year monitoring of the state of coenopopulation of a rare species of the flora of the Crimea and the south of Russia – Rindera tetraspis Pall. Ecological features of its habitat in Southeast Crimea are established in comparison with those in the Samara region and the Stavropol Territory. The ecological type of R. tetraspis can be characterized as heliophyte, mesoxerophyte, hemicryptophyte. An analysis of the dynamics of the number of age groups showed that the total population over the years of observation remained stable, the number of individual age groups varies significantly over the years, due to habitat characteristics and weather conditions. An analysis of the state data of the studied coenopopulation of the R. tetraspis shows that it is full-fl edged with a predominance of juvenile individuals in the age spectrum. The population is normal, capable of self-maintenance without introducing germs from the outside. Keywords: Rindera tetraspis; cenopopulation; ecology; abundance; age structure.
