PHYSICAL SIMULATION OF THE WORKING PROCESS OF THE SNOWMELTING INSTALLATION WITH AN ACTIVE WORKING ELEMENT |

Based on an analysis of the operating snow melting installations experience and the proposed patent solutions for their improvement, a new design is proposed. The operability of the new design, in which the rotation of the working bodies is carried out under the infl uence of the pressure of the supplied coolant, is confirmed. The working process study is based on an experimental method based on physical modeling. Individual factors infl uence affecting the intensity and efficiency, allowing to determine the criterion equations of similarity is investigated. Based on the results obtained, a pilot-industrial installation was calculated, created and tested under real operating conditions.
