Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back LOWERING THE RISKS DUE TO THE USING L-BAND RADIOMETERS IN SYSTEMS OF MONITORING OF TROPICAL CYCLONES ORIGIN AREAS S.V. Marechek It is considered possibility of risks lowering of tropical cyclones grounded on early diagnostics of their origin, allowing in time to notify vessels and coastal services about possible danger. It is offered to use in systems of distant sensing of ocean L-band radiometers of Stokes parameters for reception as indicators of origin of tropical cyclones data about temperature, saltiness and characteristics of wind heaving of ocean in the conditions of overcast.
