Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back DEVELOPMENT OF THE GENERAL THEORY OF ECOLOGICAL SAFETY L.P. Mileshko The latest research results on improving the General theory of ecological safety (GTES) are presented. Further improvement of the GTES is an urgent problem, the solution of which will contribute to the successful development of the theoretical foundations of ecology. In this regard, the purpose of this work is to deepen the rationale for the GTES and consider the possibility of formulating its new principles. It is predicted that special success in further research should be expected in the application of environmental safety provisions in the field of Economics. It is noted that the potential of cultural studies can effectively make a signifi cant contribution to ensuring environmental safety in various areas. Research in the field of environmental safety culture and environmental culture is considered important, essential for the present, and can be successfully developed in the future as a new scientifi c direction «cultural studies of environmental safety».
