Tomashova Automated complex "Neva-M" for remote monitoring of the atmospheric boundary layer, created at the IMCES SB RAS, its composition and characteristics are described. An example of recorded data on air temperature, wind speed and direction, total vapor content and total water content of the atmosphere is given with reference to surface weather data and to the synoptic situation during the passage of a polar cold front on June 06 2021. The capabilities of the complex for studying the dynamics of the atmospheric boundary layer processes are shown.
