Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back APPLICATION OF THE METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE AESTHETIC AND ECOLOGICAL STATE OF RESIDENTIAL AND RECREATIONAL AREAS IN GRADUATION WORKS OF BACHELORS V.A. Toporina In the paper a few results of comprehensive assessment of the ecological state covering indicators of physical natural environments (atmosphere, noise), anthropogenic load, social and transport infrastructure facilities are shown. The assessment was carried out by a student of the Kazakhstan branch of the Geographical Faculty of Moscow State University under the guidance of the author. As a result a series of maps has been compiled characterizing the degree of anthropogenic load and the level of development of social infrastructure by morphotypes. The assessment was conducted for a model district, which includes residential and recreational areas. Keywords: morphotype, aesthetics of the environment, city, integral assessment.
