DESIGN OF MARINE STRONG DEEP-SEA HULLS BASED ON BC8782 POLYURETHANE |

In this article, a theoretical calculation is made, in accordance with GOST 14249-89 "Vessels and apparatuses. Norms and methods of strength calculation", durable polyurethane housing. The results of the calculation performed in the "APM FEM" system by the finite element method of the COMPASS 3D program are presented. The results of laboratory tests carried out in the SRB AMR FEB RAS are presented. Experimental tests of the hulls as part of a positional autonomous hydroacoustic station at a depth of 70 m were carried out. When checking the housings, no deformations and leaks were detected.
