Golub The urgent task of implementing the principles of the closedcycle economy in the Russian Federation is the creation of an effective waste management system. The purpose of modernization is to increase the resource and energy efficiency of production by involving man–made raw materials in processing and disposal (its source is production waste). To assess the quality of secondary raw materials and its suitability for complex processing and disposal, an analytical study of a set of patented technologies was used. It is shown that the use of recyclables can signifi cantly reduce the amount of waste sent for disposal. Keywords: secondary raw materials, environmental industrial policy.
