REMOTE MONITORING OF THE ATMOSPHERE FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF THE STATE OF AIR POLLUTION |

The paper deals with the application of remote methods for diagnosing the state of air pollution. It is indicated that the concept of permissible environmental load on the atmospheric air signifi cantly depends on the level of spatio-temporal consideration of ongoing processes of interaction between the natural environment and anthropogenic factors. Stationary and non-stationary sources of air pollution were assessed. The classifi cation of atmospheric pollutants has been carried out. The classification characteristics of the scale and physical and chemical state of atmospheric pollution sources simplify the synthesis of the monitoring system. At the same time, passive and active spread of pollutants in the atmosphere is noted. A system for identifying point sources of pollution has been developed. A simulation system for diagnosing atmospheric pollution has been developed. Its blocks are analyzed in detail.
