Basic Principles of Synthesis of Geoinformation
Monitoring Systems for Detection and Classification
of Phenomena on the Water Surface |

This work is aimed at creating a fundamentally new instrumental and information technology for the operational diagnostics of
environmental objects, including monitoring of hydrophysical and hydrochemical systems. A new approach to the comprehensive study
of hydrophysical and hydrochemical processes of various scales is proposed, based on the development of the technology of synthesis of
geoecological information and modeling systems (GIMS technology). GIMS technology provides an integrated approach to the creation of
highly effective information technologies for solving the problems of classification and identification of water bodies and allows to reduce
the volume of observations and thereby increase the efficiency of the hydrophysical and hydrochemical monitoring system.
