Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Development of CALS Systems for AnalyticalMonitoring of Environmental Water Treatment Processes Averina Ju.M., Verhososova A.I., Bessarabov A.M. The Scientific Center "Low-Tonnage Chemistry" conducted environmental studies of industrial water treatment processes at leading oil and gas, chemical and energy enterprises in Russia. Based on the research, the structure of the information model describing the hierarchy of water treatment processes has been developed. The information model is embedded in the architecture of a computer quality management system developed on the basis of CALS technologies. To combat salt deposition, corrosion and biofouling, the system allows monitoring key quality indicators (phosphate ion content, pH, dissolved oxygen) using modern stationary and rapid analysis methods. The most promising instruments have been introduced into the system for each analysis method.
