Recycling of Metallurgical Waste in the Production of Acid-Resistant Materials Contributes to the Environment, Economy, and Expandes the Boundaries of Land Management and Cadastre
Abdrakhimov V.Z., Safronov E.G., Naryzhnaya N.Y., Silinskaya S.M.

At the present stage, it is not possible to use the cadastre and carry out work related to land management with existing unresolved
environmental protection tasks and without a guarantee of environmental safety. The use of metallurgical waste in the production
of acid-resistant materials has a positive effect on the environment. The demand for acid-resistant products is noticeably gaining
momentum, and the market for acid-resistant products is expanding, especially in the chemical and oil refi ning industries, where
modern methods of lining gas and oil pipelines are being created. The exhaustion of natural alumina-silicate raw materials for
the production of acid-resistant materials has demanded the replacement of natural raw materials with large-tonnage waste,
the accumulation of which in the Russian Federation also causes catastrophic damage to environmental systems. Samples from
the composition, which use ferrochrome aluminothermic slag containing an increased amount of aluminum (Al2
O3
> 50 %), in
addition to low contents of iron oxides (Fe2
O3
–3,87 %), also contain highly refractory minerals (fi re resistance exceeds 2000 °С),
corundum (Al2
O3
), chromium oxide (Cr2
O3
) and magnesia spinel (MgAl2
O4
, (MgO∙Al2
O3
)), which significantly increase the physicomechanical properties. Thus, for the development of acid-resistant materials with improved physical and mechanical properties, it
is necessary to use raw materials with a high content of aluminum oxide and a minimized concentration of iron oxides.
Keywords: ecology, cadastre, acid-resistant tiles, ferrochrome aluminothermic slag, clay part of the gravity tails of zircon-ilmenite
ores (GCI), chamotte.
