Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back Modern Features of Labor Ecology at Russian Petrochemical Enterprises Tupikova V.V., Fedosov A.V., Udalova E.A. This article examines the specifics of an occupational health and safety management system at modern petrochemical facilities to ensure worker safety and health while exposed to hazardous and harmful factors in the work environment. It demonstrates that implementation requires strict adherence to the regulatory framework, the implementation of modern technical solutions, and regular personnel training and supervision. It has been established that an effective occupational health and safety policy helps reduce injuries and occupational diseases, improves industrial discipline, and enhances safety culture at petrochemical facilities.
