Results of long-term researches (1988–2002) dynamics zoobenthos in reservoirs of Volga-Achtuba flood-plain in conditions of anthropogenous pollution were resulted. It was shown, that pollution by polluting substances and biogenic elements defined negative changes of biological structures and formation specific ecology-sanitary condition and water quality of an investigated reservoir.
