Ecological Systems and Devices Annotation << Back The contents of manganese in soils of Uzbekistan’s cotton-growing region Yuldashev B.S., Chamatov Sch.Kh., Zhumamuratov A.Zh. et. al In the work the result of many years research on manganese composition in soil-plant system in main cotton-growing areas, in duding the areas of external ecological disaster in Aral region are presented. Manganese distribution over the soil profile as well as in fraction of separate organelle, extracted from leaves of cotton, in the DNA of cotton seeds in norm and pathology are Shawn. Relation between gross content of Mn in soil and cotton productivity is determined. Extremely non homogeneous distribution of Mn in soil of various climatic areas of the republic and by soil profile in observed. It was shown that Mn is basically accumulated for soil in upper hummus horizons, and for sub cell structures in protein composition. Mn and Au are accumulated in DNA of affected cotton seeds twice as more as in healthy seeds, which evidences on their participation in pathologic processes.
