Now the increasing attention is given creation of complex estimations of a condition of natural waters since separately hydrochemical and hydrobiological methods of an estimation not in a condition to consider all aspects of an ecological condition of waters. Existing complex techniques are considered and the method of an integrated numerical estimation of an ecological condition of natural waters on the basis of regional features of a reservoir is generated.
