The two stage process of vermycomposting of organic waste on the base of mixtures of packing paperboard, waste of a meat plant and beer yeast is considered. The main kinetic constants (order of reactions, velocity constants on stages, Mishaelis constant) and condition of getting the composts with the optimum physicist-chemical features are described.
