With the purpose of localization and liquidation of negative technogenic influences on an environment due to oil pollution of water in streams, the rivers, i.e. in streams of different depth, width, speeds of current (various productivity) are developed new designs of sorption obstacles and filters with loading from local materials or waste. The idea consists that in any settlement it is expedient to make coagulants and sorbents of waste and to use them for water treating, ground and air.
