The results of measurement by detectors CR-39 a level of radon in multistory and one story buildings in winter and summer seasons are reported. As shown, that the level of radon in summer two times is less than winter in multistory houses of the concrete and of the brick. However, in some local one-story houses constructed from clay, is observed to increase concentration of radon in the summer up to 100 % and higher. At average levels of radon of 44-384 Bq/m3 for inhabitants of multistory and one story buildings are estimated an annual effective doze and fatal factor of risk which have made (0,17…1,52), (0,7…6,1) mZv/year and (0,5….4,57)?10–4, accordingly.
