Modelling of mercury and copper influence on parameters of activity alkaline phosphatase and seston’s esterases in aqueous ecosystems |

As a result of studying seasonal and spatial variability of activity hydrolytic extracellular enzymes – alkaline phosphatase and esterases – in the bottom current in the Lower Don and the small rivers of the Rostov region with a different level and character of pollution is made regression and the canonical analysis. The linear equations with high enough factors of plural and canonical correlation which describe interrelations of activity of enzymes with a complex of the parameters describing quality of waters are received. The canonical equations testify that for an estimation of a condition and pollution of waters it is necessary to use parameters of activity of both enzymes. |
