Within the framework of new urban territory model are proposed the methodology and way of an assessment of quality of main components of natural environment operating the instrument of detecting instruments, indices and risk. The formulas of calculation of detecting instruments and indices are introduced updated, as contrasted to earlier were proposed. Their quantitative link with a level of ecological risk was established. The table of proportions between numerical values of detecting instruments, level of ecological risk and conventional quality scale of an assessment of an ecological situation was designed. As an example one of possible formats of map of the ecological information for systems of decision making realized is reduced on the basis of the proposed methodology.
