Disturbance of the ecological balance due to the intensive consumption of natural resources in some regions of the world leads to the exhaustion and contamination of the ground-layer, which is the basic component of the natural environment. There is a number of principles which were discovered by the prominent scientists and should be used to develop science based fundamentals for the ground-layer efficient environmental management.
